Our eco finca in the north of Gran Canaria is the perfect starting point for some of the most beautiful hikes of the island. The following hikes you will be able to start from our location.
Moya
Moya is a small and charming village a 10 minute drive from our eco finca. You can have a nice walk through the centers (5 min, because its very small) and have a snack in one of the small and pretty new caffes or bars. Also its worth passing by the church because its a spectacular view point over the barranco de moya.
Also you will find a small museum dedicated to the famous canarian poet Tomás Morales. Also brand new in the village is a new tourism information center. Its very fancy and full of nice information about the area.
Tilos de Moya
Another 5 minutes drive from the center of Moya you will find the famous Tilos de Moya. This recluded side valley is one of the last habitats of the ancien laurel forest that once covered the whole north of Gran Canaria.
